  • Marital Status

  • Wage Rate

New and Updates to Custom Logic Rules for WC Policy Renewals

This case introduces new custom logic rules and updates to existing rules that ClientSpace evaluates during Workers' Compensation policy renewals. The rules control whether to clone the policy codes with the renewal. See WC Policy renewals.

PrismHR API: Employee Benefits fields clearing on Termination

This case introduces the Preserve Benefits Data rule which an admin user can activate to preserve the values in the Enrolled Benefits fields when an employee is terminated in PrismHR and the import process updates employment information. See Employee Identifying Information for more details.

Cloning Surcharges

The pricing console Quick Create function and surcharge type were enhanced to clone surcharges more efficiently. Previously, using a workflow channel was necessary to clone surcharges during quick create. Now, a system admin user can select the Is Cloned with Quick Create option on a surcharge type so that ClientSpace can clone surcharges by using the Quick Create function.

Previously, users were unable to delete Workers' Comp claims that use a custom dataform as a tab. Now, users can delete claims that use a custom dataform as a tab.

Field Display Rule Detail - Style Settings

This case simplifies the process of updating the Style settings for Field Display Rules Details. Previously when you created or edited Field Display Rule Details and you selected Style in the Type field of the General section, you were required to select the Settings button in the Results section, and then edit the Style settings in a Settings dialog window. Now, if you select Style in the Type field of the General section, you can change the field settings directly in the Result section.

Terminate Pending to use save pipeline

This case updates the TerminatePending schedule process to use a save pipeline. With this update, you can now trigger workflow and email templates when a client master goes from a Pending Termination status to Terminated.

Import Issue: Invalid Lookup Error logging

The Allow Invalid Lookup Values option on the Import Map Detail controls whether or not ClientSpace can import invalid lookup values. Previously, when a lookup error occurred during import, the system displayed a message to indicate the invalid value, but the message did not indicate whether the import was successful (allowed) or failed (not allowed).

Deleting Email Templates Associated with Email Integrations

Previously, the system logged an exception when a user attempted to delete an email template that was associated with an email integration.

Now, the following occurs:

  • If an admin user attempts to delete an email template it is not associated with an email integration, the system allows the admin user to delete the email template.

  • If an admin user attempts to delete an email template that is associated with an email integration, the system will not allow the deletion, but instead will display a message. The admin user can correct the problem and try again to delete the email template.

This case sets the following properties for the PayGroup field on the Payroll Batch dataform:

  • Form Searchable is set to FALSE (so that the field is not searchable)

  • Multi-Col set to 0 (so that the field does not appear in the dataform list)

Add validation on lookup group and metadata dataforms

This case adds validation to the lookup group detail page to prevent the user from selecting a multi-tabbed dataform for it's metadata source. This case also adds validation to the dataform admin to prevent adding child tabs to a dataform that is used as metadata.

Added an Enable Active Check box

Previously when a ClientSpace system admin user needed to secure the Active check box on a dataform so that other users could not inactivate the dataform, it was necessary to run a script to secure the check box from editing by other users. Now, an admin can edit the dataform properties and control this option with the Enable Active Check box option. When the Enable Active Check box option is selected, other users can enable or disable the dataform by using the Active check box. When the Enable Active Check box option is clear, only system admin users can enable or disable the dataform by using the Active check box. See Adding a dataform.

When you Open (Edit), Delete, and Add (New) fields on a dataform in Dataform Admin, you can use the Visualize tool to preview how the fields display for the current configuration of dataform. See Visualize: Previewing Dataform Fields.

Default Labels (C1, C2, C3...) for Workflow Channel Items, Email Templates, and DocuSign Templates

Previously when you added a new condition to a workflow channel, email template, or DocuSign template, the system defaulted the label for the condition to Empty. Now, when you add a new condition, the system assigns a numeric label to the condition (for example, C1 for the first condition that you add, C2 for the second, C3 for the third, and so on). When you edit the condition properties, you can change the label from the assigned number to a different number or text label.

Unable to "quick" edit left menu header titles

This case introduced a code change to allow a user to double click on the name of a work item set in the Work Center so that the user can rename the work item set.

Loading Indicator for Widgets

When a widget is processing data to display on a target (for example, a dashboard) a short delay can occur. To illustrate to a user that data is loading, the system will now display a graphic indicator that informs the user that the widget is loading data.

Current User and Slack Notification Options Will Not Save on DocuSign Template

This case changes the Source field of Step 3 - Addresses for configuring DocuSign email templates.

When Source is set to Current User, Legal Name is set to TBD and is Read-Only. When the DocuSign Request Signatures process runs, the Current User profile is used and the Legal Name is determined by the first and last name of the current user.

This case also removes Slack (Slack notification) as a valid source on DocuSign email templates.
