OSHA 301 (Staffing) Report

The OSHA 301 (Staffing) report is a merge report that displays injury details, facility information, and employee name and address information of staffing placement employees. It is run from the WC Claims module on the Comp Claim form.

To run the report:

1. In the modules bar, select WC Claims.
   
   The WC Claims Dashboard displays.
2. Click (Jump) to open a Comp Claim record.
   
3. In the Action Center, under Reports, click OSHA 301 (STAFFING).

   

The report generates as a PDF.
