Users Dashboard

Use the Users Dashboard (System Admin > Users) to manage user profiles for users. A Global Admin can use the Users Dashboard to:

  • Search for a single user.

  • Search for a group of users. You can, for instance, search for users by Department or search for a group of users by Immediate Supervisor to locate a smaller subset of users within a department using the More search option.

  • Add or Edit user accounts.

  • Manage licenses.

  • Assign a user template and assume a user profile for testing.

  • Reset a user password and unlock a user.

  • Mass Update the IsActive status of multiple users.

Mass Updating the IsActive Status of Multiple Users

To mass update the IsActive status of multiple users:

  1. Go to (System Admin > Users).

  2. Search for the user records you want to update and then click the Select checkbox next to each record.

  3. Click the Mass Update button.

  4. Select Make Active to activate the selected records or Select Make Inactive to inactivate the selected records.

  5. Click OK.
