Role Security Update for the Comp Fieldset in Pricing

In certain instances, the Manual Rate, Premium Discount, & Net Rate fields were editable even when the Override Billing for this WC Code field was not checked. This issue has been corrected so these fields are no longer editable unless the code is overridden. We recommend reviewing the security entities for these 4 fields to ensure users have the proper rights to these fields.

Terminating a Client: Client Termination Date Required

Previously, when terminating a client an error occurred if the user did not provide a termination date in the Client Termination Date field (which was not required) on the Terminate Reason pop-up window. Now, when a user attempts to terminate a client, the system requires a user to enter a termination date in the Client Termination Date field.

Pricing: Validation Added for Pay Frequency

This case adds validation for the pay frequency for quick create pricing. Now, if a value is incorrect (does not match the lookup) for Pay Frequency or other fields, the system will clear the field instead of importing the incorrect value.

Adding and Rearranging Modules in the User Profile

This case updates the Select Modules functionality for adding and rearranging modules within a user profile. Users can more easily select and rearrange the modules that the system displays on their user profile. When adding new modules, users can now drag and drop modules. See User modules.

Dataform Field Properties: Length Option for Fields with the Text, Text-Wide, or TextArea Element Type

Previously, dataform fields with the Text, Text-Wide, or TextArea Element Type did not respect the character limit indicated in the Length setting for that field. For example, if the Length setting indicated 20 characters, the user could enter more than 20 characters in the dataform field and save the changes. Now, the system does not allow the user to enter more characters than the Length setting permits for the field. See Adding Dataform Fields.

Update Organization Security When a User's Department Member Role Changes

With this case, when a user moves from one department to another on the user profile, the system will update the Organization Security to reflect the new department for all organizations that the user is assigned to.

CSCDISC Template: New Replacement Field [CSCDISCSubject]

This case updates the CSCDISC email template, changing the hardcoded subject line to one that is configurable as an email template. It adds the [CSCDISCSubject] replace field and swaps it for [Subject] on all existing CSCDISC templates.

Add Resolution Date to the Column List on the Cases Module

This case adds Resolution Date to the column list on the Cases module. This column is hidden by default. See Search for Cases from the Cases Dashboard.

API Method Update for Contact Operations

This case fixed a ClientSpace API issue that could cause a session disconnect when adding contacts via the API resulting in the system not creating contact records.

DocuSign Attachment Failure when Attaching to a Dataform that Already has Attachments in the Attachments Action Center Panel

Previously, a DocuSign attachment failure occurred when attaching to a dataform that already had attachments listed in the Attachments Action Center panel, and the Link To field was not defined in the template. Now, the system attaches the signed document in the Attachments Action Center panel if no Link To field is defined in the template regardless of whether there are already other attachments.

SalesForce Scheduled Process Updated to Allow Lowering the Max Run Minutes for the Process

This case updates the date on the Salesforce scheduled process record after every 10 processed WorkQueue items. This change facilitates lowering the Max Run Minutes value to a much lower number.

Email Integration: Convert Invalid Filenames and Paths to Safe Windows Values

Previously the system would log an exception when encountering an invalid Windows file name or path during email integration. This case changed the Email integration process to convert invalid file names and file paths to safe Windows values. Now, the system cleans up the invalid file name and path and no longer logs an exception when the system encounters an invalid Windows file name or path during email integration.

Email Integration: Upgrade AE.Net.Mail Package Version

This case upgrades the AE.Net.Mail package to version 1.7.21. This change corrects an issue where email integration was not picking up all emails.

Previously, Email integration would create duplicate dataforms from two different executions of the scheduled process. Now, the system no longer creates duplicate dataforms, and emails are marked as read.

Removing ClientSpace Calendar Events from an Outlook.com Mailbox Fails

Previously, when ClientSpace sent an ICS calendar event to an Outlook mailbox to cancel an event, the Outlook mailbox marked the file as an unsupported ICS Calendar file. This case updates the ICS calendar file so that it is recognized by Outlook. Now, when ClientSpace sends an ICS calendar cancellation file to an Outlook mailbox, Outlook recognizes the file.

Contact Widget Loading Error

Previously, if the Contacts widget on a workspace tried to retrieve the contact list where several contacts had multiple overlapping contact types, a loop could occur, and the web page would take a long time to load. This issue happened because the list of contacts for each contact type was not limited to one. Now, if the system returns multiple contacts for each contact type, the system displays the first contact of each type (first alphabetically).

Client Service Cases: Inactive Case Categories Display in Category Drop-down

Previously, when selecting a category for a client service case, the system displayed inactive categories if the lookup record for that category contained metadata. Now, when selecting a category for a client service case, the system does not display inactive categories that contain metadata.
