Terminating a Client: Client Termination Date Required Previously, when terminating a client an error occurred if the user did not provide a termination date in the Client Termination Date field (which was not required) on the Terminate Reason pop-up window. Now, when a user attempts to terminate a client, the system requires a user to enter a termination date in the Client Termination Date field. |

Pricing: Validation Added for Pay Frequency This case adds validation for the pay frequency for quick create pricing. Now, if a value is incorrect (does not match the lookup) for Pay Frequency or other fields, the system will clear the field instead of importing the incorrect value. |

Adding and Rearranging Modules in the User Profile This case updates the Select Modules functionality for adding and rearranging modules within a user profile. Users can more easily select and rearrange the modules that the system displays on their user profile. When adding new modules, users can now drag and drop modules. See User modules. |

Dataform Field Properties: Length Option for Fields with the Text, Text-Wide, or TextArea Element Type Previously, dataform fields with the Text, Text-Wide, or TextArea Element Type did not respect the character limit indicated in the Length setting for that field. For example, if the Length setting indicated 20 characters, the user could enter more than 20 characters in the dataform field and save the changes. Now, the system does not allow the user to enter more characters than the Length setting permits for the field. See Adding Dataform Fields. |

Previously, when ClientSpace sent an ICS calendar event to an Outlook mailbox to cancel an event, the Outlook mailbox marked the file as an unsupported ICS Calendar file. This case updates the ICS calendar file so that it is recognized by Outlook. Now, when ClientSpace sends an ICS calendar cancellation file to an Outlook mailbox, Outlook recognizes the file. |

Contact Widget Loading Error |
Previously, if the Contacts widget on a workspace tried to retrieve the contact list where several contacts had multiple overlapping contact types, a loop could occur, and the web page would take a long time to load. This issue happened because the list of contacts for each contact type was not limited to one. Now, if the system returns multiple contacts for each contact type, the system displays the first contact of each type (first alphabetically). |
