Importing a Loss Run Report
A loss run report is an insurance carrier report showing your claims (including prior claims) by type and frequency.
During the implementation of the ClientSpace Risk module, we teach you how to import your loss runs. Use the steps presented here as a refresher when needed.
Requirements
To import your loss run reports you will need:

ClientSpace CSV Import Macro: Make sure all of your data (and only your data) is selected to be formatted by the macro.
Note: You should have been shown how to easily use this macro during Risk module implementation. If you have misplaced these details, refer to CSV Import File Creation Macro for detailed steps on creating the macro.

ClientSpace provided Risk Template: This is a specially designed risk/loss run template that works with your loss runs to make sure they are easily importable into ClientSpace.
Note: If you have misplaced the Risk Template and would like another copy, please enter a ClientSpace case with this request.
Importing into ClientSpace

Note: If you are a Global Administrator and you want to provide import access to a user who is not a Global Administrator, refer to Configuring import management for non-Global Admins.
Error Checking
Please always double check that your records have been updated correctly by the import.
