Employee Census Upload Changes This case adds a new Delete Existing Employees? check box field to the Employee Census dataform and adds a new Delete business rule. If the check box is selected, the system runs the Delete business rule and removes the data forms for all employees in that workspace. This action also deletes any associated attachments, tasks, and time tracking records. |

Special Payroll Batch view Previously. when using the Executive Dashboard Reports in Business Intelligence (BI) to process a Special Payroll Batch view by using data from the past six months, the system did not return data for the past six months when the six-month period extended past the end of the previous year. For example, if processing the view for the six months before 04/30/21, the system pulled data from 01/01/21 through 04/30/21 instead of pulling data from the expected date range of 11/01/20 through 04/30/21. Now, when processing a Special Payroll Batch view with the Executive Dashboard Reports in BI, the system pulls the data for the past six months as expected. Previously, the PrismHR Bidirectional Contact Sync scheduled process (HRPBiDirectionalContactsSync) failed with an exception if the system encountered a last name containing an apostrophe (for example, O'Malley or O'Rourke). Now, when processing ClientSpace and PrismHR Contacts for a Client, any single quotes in the name fields (first, last, first<space>last, last<comma><space>first) will be removed from both the ClientSpace and PrismHR Contact data when performing matches, the scheduled process runs as expected. |

Previously when attempting to merge data to generate a PDF, formula errors and an exception could occur. This case updates the Aspose merge code to use the Workbook.CalculateFormula(). Now, the system properly renders a PDF when running a merge. |

Previously when a user dragged and dropped work items in the Work Center to change the order for the Work Item Sets, the system allowed the user to drop a work item outside of the Work Center (for example, in the middle of a dashboard). Top 100 Modal issue when adding License Users |
Previously, when adding users to a list in the system and there were over 100 users to choose from, the user drop-down list displayed a message "Showing Top 100". However, the system only displayed a small number of users (far fewer than 100). Now, when adding users to a list and there over 100 users to choose from, the system always returns the top 100 active users available to choose from. Once a user is added, the system no longer includes that user in the top 100 user list (since the user was already added). |

Previously, when pinning, a version of an uploaded file (either dataform field or attachments area), the system cleared the value in the Category field associated with the file link. This case enhances the system so that the system now respects the current value in the Category field associated with the file link. Now, when a user pins a version of the uploaded file and saves the change, the system does not clear the category for the file link. |

The _SetFieldFromForm rule doesn't handle File datatypes correctly |
Previously, when the _SetFieldFromForm rule was configured on a form and used to copy a file from one field to another (on the same form), the system copied the LinkGUID from one field to another instead of creating a new LinkGUID. This case added logic to the _SetFieldFromForm to create a new file link when the DataType is dtFileManager. Now, the system creates a new LinkGUID instead of using the existing one on the source field. |

Table Metadata issues for Incidents and Workflow Channels |
Previously, existing records for some columns ((StartDate, DueDate, OwnerUser)) became mismatched when a table metadata field was deleted and this mismatch prevented adding the field back. Now, if a table metadata field is deleted, the field can be added back without the mismatch. |
