Added Immediate Supervisor Column to Users Module Dashboard

An Immediate Supervisor column has been added to the Users module dashboard:

The column is visible by default and also appears in the More search:

Previously, you could search by a Department but there was no simplified way to search for teams within a department. Now, you can search for a subset of users within a department by using the Immediate Supervisor column. Locating a supervisor's direct reports can be helpful when you need to manage licenses or make other user profile changes that affect a team within a department and not the entire department.

Updated biz_EditAdmin_After_Submit Security Role Entity

Previously, users who were assigned the biz_EditAdmin_After_Submit security role entity were able to edit unlocked Pricing Batch fields even when they did not have Edit rights to the Pricing Batch form (gen_PricingBatch). Now, users who are assigned the biz_EditAdmin_After_Submit security role entity are also required to have Edit access to the Pricing Batch form to edit unlocked fields.

An additional change was made to add the Billing Client Modifier field to the list of fields that are unlocked after Pricing Batch submission by the biz_EditAdmin_After_Submit security role entity.

Added {EmailBodyHTML} Email Integration Replace Field Option

A new email integration Replace Field option named {EmailBodyHTML} has been added to Email Integration configuration (System Admin > Email Integration). It allows you to fill a selected editor field in ClientSpace with the HTML text and images from received email messages. Click the Replace Fields link on Email Integration Step 3: Field Mapping to access the new replace field.

Updated Time Tracker Security Role Entity

Previously, users who were assigned Admin rights on the TimeTracker security role entity did not have Delete rights. Now, when a user is assigned Admin rights, a Delete button is shown to the right of the Edit button on the Time Tracker dashboard and the user can View, Add, Edit or Delete the Time Tracker records of any user.

 

Note: Global Administrators have Admin rights by default and do not require the security entity assignment.

Additional changes include:

  • Users assigned View only rights also have Edit rights to edit their own Time Tracker records.

  • The Everyone role has been updated with View, Add and Edit rights for Time Tracker. These users can View/Edit and Add their own Time Tracker records.

  • You can also assign Delete rights to users to allow them to delete their own Time Tracker records. (Any non-admin user requiring rights to delete Time Tracker records of other users must be assigned Admin rights.)

Added Survey Design Form

Previously, you could only use a pre-configured design of the email template dataform survey, which is a 1 to 10 stars rating survey. Now, you have the option to create custom survey designs using the new Survey Design form (System Admin > Email Templates > Survey Design). Attach a survey design to a survey email template on the Step 2 Content tab. The survey design is used when the email template is triggered. If you do not attach a survey design to a survey email template, the pre-configured design is used when the email template is triggered.

 

Note: 

  • You can create unlimited survey designs but only one may be attached to each survey Email Template.

  • Any surveys created prior to the availability of the Survey Design feature will continue to use the default survey until you edit the associated survey email template and attach a survey design form.

Added Survey Design Datatype Field to Email Template Configuration

A new Survey Design datatype field has been added to the email template Step 2 Content tab. The Survey Design field is a dropdown selector field. Select from a list of your custom survey designs to attach to the email template. The survey design overrides the default pre-configured design when the email template is triggered. If you do not attach a survey design to an email template, the pre-configured design is used when the email template is triggered.

Additionally, an Open button displays next to the Survey Design field.

Click the button to open your survey design, review the design or make and save desired changes. When you are finished making changes, use the work item link on the left pane to return to the email template.

Added Dataform Link from Survey Results to Case Dataform

A link from the Survey Results dataform to the Client Service Case that prompted the survey has been added. This was done to allow managers to quickly access the related case to review potential contributory data relating to an exceptionally high or low score without needing to generate a report.

 

The link name is Open Related Form. It is accessed from the Survey Results dataform Action Center as shown in the example below:

The link is created using the new Survey Results custom link (System Admin Advanced > Custom Links). Link configuration is not required. With this update, the new link is Active by default.

Corrected Repeating Pricing State Information on Excel Company Data Merge

Previously, when you generated an Excel Company Data Merge report (peo_merge_excel_companydata) from Pricing > Action Center Reports, the PricingStates tab showed repeating pricing state information, some of which were not relevant to the State, Legal Entity, and Contract Type combination of each state listed on the tab. Now, a modification has been made to only show one State, Legal Entity, and Contract Type combination for each state on the PricingStates tab of the report.

External Cases Widget Caused Close Button to Disappear from Home Page

Previously, when you added an External Cases widget to a Home Page widget (System Admin Widget Layout), the Close button disappeared from the Home page. A change was made to the External Cases widget logic to stop this behavior from occurring.

Unable to Save Child Tab Workflow Condition of a Parent Workflow that Creates a Task

When configuring a child tab workflow item of a parent workflow item that creates a Task, you could not save a selected dataform field in a triggering condition. Now, you can save a child tab workflow item of a parent workflow item that creates a Task with a dataform field specified in the triggering condition.
