Case Discussion Emails This case adds the option to send case discussion emails to users that are not listed as contacts, employees, or ClientSpace users (for example, an outside vendor). This feature allows a user to keep more of the third-party portion of the discussion connected to the case discussion. |

Include in API checkbox on Case Notes field Previously the default setting for the Include in API check box was disabled (unchecked) for the Case Notes field in the Client Service Case dataform. When a user tried to create a new record (Submit a Question) using the Employee Portal, the system displayed a server error. This case defaults the Include in API check box to enabled (checked). Now, the user does not experience the error when creating a new record. |

NumberOfEvents Default Value The PrismHR API Uses the NumberOfEvents parameter to limit the amount of data that ClientSpace gets from PrismHR on each iteration. If no value is provided the system attempts to get ALL events at once. This case includes a script that adds the NumberOfEvents parameter when the parameter is not present on the API configuration settings and limits the number of events to 500. If the NumberOfEvents parameter is already set, the script does not change the current setting. |

Case Discussion Reply Templates This case adds the ability to reorder the templates in the drop list for discussion templates. Previously, when selecting the Reply Template drop-down on a new case discussion message, the system displayed the reply templates in the order that a Global Admin user created the templates. Now, the system displays the reply templates in alphabetical order by template name - description when you select the Reply Template drop-down. A Global Admin user can edit email templates and change the names to sort commonly used templates to the top of the list. |

This case affects the Audit Inserts, Audit Detailed Deletes, and the Audit Updates for all Columns options for Table Metadata. Previously, the system would only create field audit records for Table Metadata when the audit options were set, and there was an associated TblColumnMetadata record. Now, if an insert, deletion, or update occurs, the system triggers an audit without the requirement of an associated TblColumnMetadata record. |

Previously, the HE_CheckHasPolicyCompCode method did not work with quick create pricing. Additionally, adding an invalid code to a Master policy would not trigger the rule. This case updates the HE_CheckHasPolicyCompCode method to properly allow quick create pricing. This case also enhances the rule to evaluate properly for Master policy types. |

Previously, when you attempted to change the Execute On or Merge Procedure fields on a System email template, the field values cleared when saving the template. The System email templates should not reference these fields. The DocuSign and Email type templates do use these fields. This case removes the Execute On or Merge Procedure fields from System type templates. The fields remain available on DocuSign and Email templates. |

This case resolves an issue where using the Save & New button (when creating new users) functioned like the Apply button. The system saved the user information, but the system did not continue to create the next user. Clicking the Save & New button now saves the current user and continues to the creation of the next user as expected. |

Fix files showing on employee portal |
This case enhances the visibility of ClientSpace client service case file attachments through the Employee Portal based on how the attachment originates in the system. Files that an internal ClientSpace user attaches to a client service case in the ClientSpace system are not visible to an Employee Portal user. Files that an Employee Portal user attaches to a case by using the Employee Portal are visible to Employee Portal users. This includes file attachments initially uploaded by an Employee Portal user that an internal ClientSpace user either pinned as a new version or replaced in ClientSpace when managing attachments. |
