Configuring the Case Discussion Thread Logo

Optionally, you can add a logo that displays in the upper left corner of the discussion thread.

To configure the logo:

  1. Go to System Admin > Administrative Data > PEO Configuration.
    The PEO Configuration form opens.
  2. Complete the following fields in the "PEO Feature Administration" section.

Select your logo file.

 

Note: You must resize your logo file to the proper display size before uploading the file.

  1. Click (Upload File).
    The Upload File dialog box opens.

  2. Click Choose File.

  3. Locate the file on your computer and click Open.
    The file name displays.

  4. Optional: For Description, type a description of the uploaded file.

  5. Optional: For Category, select an entry from the list.

  6. Click Save.
Enable Logo for Discussion Click the Enable Logo for Discussion checkbox.
  1. Click Save.
